Russians are building a Terminator lol

F.E.D.O.R. (common Russian male name and also acronym for "Final Experimental Demonstration Object Research") is a humanoid robot the Russians have been developing for awhile

    F.E.D.O.R. can use tools

and perform all kinds of complex tasks, including driving a vehicle, apparently

    Here are some videos

Among his potential missions, it is being said that F.E.D.O.R. could pilot the new "Federation" spaceships Russia is developing to replace the ageing Soyuz

The developers are touting him as the first ever robot cosmonaut!

    That's not all, though.

The crazy bastards are now teaching him to shoot guns!

Yep, they have not watched any movies lol

But, anyhow, yeah... I have heard many arrogant Americans say Russia is soooooooo far behind the West, technologically... Wrong, my friends

    Nice looking space ship.

Don't know about the Robot, though.

LOOKS cool, but....why, exactly, does it need to be "humanoid?"

(I still think a 4-legged, wheeled, or tracked android would be better suited. OR, just a drone, with missiles, and a mini-gun.....)

Russia technology/military would drop in about 8 days... (see, I gave them two more than a 6 day war)

Toss in some better vodka, chicks with nicer boobs and they might be able to squeeze it to 10 days...

We can say that, but, in the Second World War, they mass produced an incredible tank.

AFTER moving their factories hundreds of miles to the East.

Sure, it was a bitch to ride in (no suspension) and, it did break down a lot, but....they had plenty of spare parts, it was easy to repair, and, it had good armor, and guns.....Plus, it was pretty fast.

Beat the tee total SHIT out of a few Panzer Divisions......

And, remember....as we insult Russian technology, THEY are our ride in to orbit, currently......

Russians may not have the slickest, best made technology, but, they get a lot of mileage out of what they have, and are very skilled at keeping technology going....

Like most humanoid robots manufactured all rely on the grid electric, independently powered robots have a very short work span.
Battery technology for the very foreseeable future will restrict all independent humanoid robot to the mains electric power.
Unless safe nuclear power battery technology makes a huge leap.... the Russian humanoid just like every other design is dependent upon the grid.
    RIP Wes.

And Russia's FOAB is bigger than your MOAB:

The US just dropped a 21,600-pound conventional bomb called the Massive Ordinance Air Blast AKA the "Mother of All Bombs" (MOAB) in Afghanistan, but Russia has a bigger one.

The "Father of All Bombs," (FOAB) is four times bigger than the MOAB. It's a thermobaric bomb with a destruction radius of nearly 1,000 feet and a blast yield of nearly 44 tons of TNT.

Thermobaric weapons differ from conventional bombs in that they combine with atmospheric oxygen to greatly extend the blast radius.

Developed in 2007, the FOAB explodes in midair, igniting a fuel-air mixture. It vaporizing targets and collapses structures, producing blasts and aftershocks as powerful as a small nuclear blast but without the same radioactive fallout.
    Heres answer to the MOAB

    Bleh.

America will have to go back to work to make the GFOAB! (God Father of All Bombs! OR, Goat Fucker Overhead Armageddon Bomb.).

But, this sorta arms race is much better than what we used to be engaged in.

Now. IF only, we could get back to the RACE for SPACE! (Chinese are in. Europeans are in. Japanese and Indians are in. Time to GO!)
