I have seen 109 here twice in the two summers we have been here. Usually mid 90's/low 100's for the hottest days. My buddy in Ft Mohave was 120 when we were 109. No thanks!

I saw 120° days in Nevada. It's come close here a couple times.

Sorting out that laptop purchase for Yahya over there in Gambia. I need to make sure it's brand spanking new and has a warranty on it. He's also getting a 12vDC to 230vAC converter to charge the thing off his solar battery setup. He's also going to setup a "hiding place" for it at home.

Watching the second NCIS in a row...putting off what I gotta do, tonight: song lyrics. I can play the buhgeezus out of a six string, but lyrics??? Not so much. Gotta put together the idea of being divorced and admitting the best friend to have is a dog! Rhyming and pacing the meter of the tune's a major pain in the butt. Any progress is progress, I guess.....
