Contingents of law officers searched an Albuquerque area Wednesday night after a police officer was shot outside a store.Police say the officer was wounded around 7:45 p.m. at the Walgreen's at the junction of Central and Eubank, in the eastern part of the city near Interstate 40.

They are going house to house right now, his girlfriend asked him to put down the gun and surrender but he fled. He may have a cuff on one of his hands.

I would put it on that thread but I have a link. They think they have him surrounded. Trying to get in contact with the homeowner. He is either in their back yard or it's possible he may be inside with hostages. This person have a criminal record already.

They have him surrounded in a shed for a good while now. They know it's him, he still has the cuff on the left hand. And it looks like they have him in custody now.
