    Election Integrity Victory in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania: Court Rules in Favor of Signature Verification for Mail-In Voting

In a 2-1 ruling by three Democrat-appointed judges, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a previous ruling from a federal district court that struck down the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s 2022 ruling that required a “dated signature requirement” for mail-in voting. Per the RNC:

In November 2022, the RNC, NRCC, and PAGOP secured a victory on this issue in front of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. A federal district court then struck down the dated signature requirement in November 2023. We appealed, and now the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed with the RNC’s argument.

This was a 2-1 ruling handed down by 3 Democrat-appointed judges. This ruling will have far-reaching effects regarding left-wing attempts to weaponize the Materiality Provision of the Civil Rights Act across the country and represents a victory for mail ballot safeguards in a crucial swing state.

Democrat Judges, who woulda thunk it?
If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went.

God created men, Col. Colt made them equal.

    Why isn't it ever 3-0?

The law, which I have not read, either says that signature verification is required, or it does not.

My question has always been, who does the verification? It is usually retired older ladies working the polls in my precinct. I am not sure I trust them to verify even if they do it with the best of intentions.

What this means in the end is, democrats will need to be slightly more inventive.

I have zero faith in our system. One thing I will say, I don't think faith in our system should be based on if our side won or not.

I think the reason that it is never three is because one has to write the opposing opinion.
Humble yourself, for there is an enormous change coming.

My retired SIL was asked to be a poll worker here locally. She didn't really want to do it but felt obligated by the woman that hooked her into it. We love our SIL but she can't ever make a decision or take solid advice for making one. She shouldn't be a poll worker.

After her husband passed in 2020, she effectively became our other child.

I never called you a VAXhole or a Vaccine Evangelist. You ASSumed that I did. Your self-ASSumed guilt is your problem and not mine.

It takes a FAMILY to raise a child--Not Hitlery Klinton's Socialist, Anti-Family, Nanny-State...I mean, "Village".

Islam is a religion of violence and terror as practiced by the Islamofascists. The Muslims that do speak out against terror are then terrorized by the Islamofascists and are ignored by the Lap Dog Media.

Problem is, they can't get "qualified" people to do the thankless job.

I guess that could be true, but I was thinking it was because one judge can't read or is just retarded.

Personally, I think signature matching is all done incorrectly. My signature on my SS card from 50 years ago looks nothing like my signature today. Maybe even, if I look at my DL signature of 5 years ago and compare it to today, I still might reject my signature as a match.

It's kinda sorta a nightmare and lost cause to compare one current signature to one past signature.

But we process ballots in batches. Therein lies an opportunity. When you think about ballot harvesting, and any fraudulent signatures, you realize any fraudulent signatures probably include a multiple number of ballots. That is the nature of the fraud. With modern technology, we can go through a batch of ballots and characterize each signature, and then, make a comparison and conclude "these ### ballots have a 95% probability of all being signed by the same person." Set those ballots aside for further investigation.

If I take a picture of a leaf, my stupid smart phone can tell me if that leaf matches one of a million other leaves it has seen before. An app on a cell phone could probably tell us if a signature is fraudulent, if we really wanted to use a cell phone for something important, besides cat videos or TikTok dancing clowns. Geesh.

Democrats seem to want to use technology to make elections less secure, rather than more secure. Technology and machines are not the problem. The problem is the intent of the people who use machines and technology. Who counts the votes in the 6 or so "swing" counties in America that control the election outcomes?

Interestingly I decided to be a poll worker for the first time here in PA.

They had been relentlessly running commercials and now pay 150.00 for a 15 hour day to work from 6AM to 9PM.

There is training live and on line.

The poll worker sets up the equipment and chain of custody and ballot books. The poll worker assists voters as needed. Everyone that shows gets to submit at least a provisional ballot.

I was interested to see just how secure the process is and so far I have to say it looks pretty good after a 2 hour training class.

The ballot counter is not connected to the network and functions just like the old lever machines with the added bonus of the paper ballot that is scanned and can be verified.

The count is done at the polling site after the vote is closed.

We press a button to close the vote.

We then press a button for the total which is then printed on thermal paper.

We then seal the machine with tamper proof tags and it is returned to the county warehouse.

The mail in ballots are another matter.

I am glad I decided to give this a try.

Edited to add that I will be donating my 150.00 to the Trump campaign.

Good news in PA....but unfortunately its like one starfish of a thousand on the beach thrown back into the sea...

BREAKING: Election integrity organization Omega4America says they are worried Trump may lose in all swing states if nothing changes because they’ve found abundant “phantom voters” registered on their rolls.

“Every state we test, all 26, has from 7% to 18% of its registered voters who either do not exist, or reside at addresses that do not exist, or live at real addresses – that are gas stations, convenience stores, or restaurants.”
