Judge McAfee has ruled Fani Willis can remain on the case as long as she fires her lover. Nathan Wade and Wills cashed out on taxpayers and used the funds to take lavish vacations. In Joe Biden’s America, the rule of law does not apply to individuals who want to get Trump.

And just how is this Ms Fawwwni Willis supposed to address the "appearance of impropriety"?? Resign on her own?? That would be the only logical and correct way going forward!

Apparently, Judge McAfee is the spineless wimp he appeared to be.

I'm going to repeat myself. Courage. Courage to do what is right, in spite of blowback, is what America lacks. Where are our heroes? Where are the people we look up to because of the courage they have displayed? We need those people as role models. Not the Instagram and TikTok role models the youth of America seem to idolize. Are we that shallow?

I keep hoping, these are the exceptions, and not the rule. But we sure are seeing one helluva lotta exceptions! When the exceptions outnumber the normal, the exceptions are the norm. Our system of justice is not just broken, it is shattered into a pile of glass shards, dangerous glass shards.

When she does the wrong thing again and refuses to resign then the real fun begins. She is an idiot and will not be able to do much of anything before the elction and Trumps GA poll numbers are really good right now.

There is more to it than that, "McAfee ruled that Willis can continue to prosecute the former president and his co-defendants, but he has given the state multiple options to handle the case. All options involve Nathan Wade stepping away from the team.


“The prosecution of this case cannot proceed until the State selects one of two options,” McAfee wrote in his decision. “The District Attorney may choose to step aside, along with the whole of her office, and refer the prosecution to the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council for reassignment... Alternatively, (Special Assistant District Attorney) Wade can withdraw, allowing the District Attorney, the Defendants, and the public to move forward without his presence or remuneration distracting from and potentially compromising the merits of this case.”

She can give it up or take her only chance of willing off the case.

The appeal for the foreseen outcome should be a no brainer. Anything that Willis says and does is suspect of being corrupt as a matter of record.
