Maybe, maybe not. I don't trust the scotus one bit. Alito and Thomas are constitutional, Soto & Kagan & Jackson are lefty political tools, Gorsuch is an unpredictable wild card, Roberts & Kavanaugh & Barret are spineless.

I can't see them unanimously agreeing that Trump is immune. I predict its some sort of wishy washy BS that leaves wiggle room for Democrats to keep trying to drop Trump from ballots.

If I'm wrong and they declare Trump immune and derail the D's efforts to drop Trump from ballots then great.

The SCOTUS will rule that in case of an insurrection then yes, a person who participated in an insurrection, ie. the Civil War, can be removed, as stated in the COTUS. Which means that Trump will be on the ballot since there was no insurrection. Dream on.

And evidently the ruling applies to ALL states, not just to us in Colorado.

But most of the damage has probably already been done because we have mail-in (or drop-box) voting in Colorado, and most people will have already voted by now... but for who?
