    Putin threatens nuclear war

From NPR (in a piece entitled "Putin warns of nuclear war if NATO sends troops to Ukraine):

"Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered his annual state of the nation address on Thursday, issuing explicit nuclear threats to the West...

"Putin warned that if Ukraine's Western backers deepened their involvement in the war, such as sending troops, the consequences for the invaders" would be 'tragic' and it would risk starting a nuclear war."

(I very much doubt that he is serious--this is almost certainly just bluster--but it helps to demonstrate just how desperate he is now getting.)

Yep, since Putin told us before he invaded that he was going to invade, we should ignore any future threats from him. The damage that a nuclear first strike could cause would seemingly end civilization.

Tobias Ellwood, a senior MP who sits on the defense select committee, said: “Putin’s latest nuclear sabre-rattling is an attempt to leverage visible discord within the West about how support for Ukraine progresses.“We should not be spooked by Moscow and remain totally committed to pushing Russian forces out of Ukraine,” he told The Telegraph.

Putin said "risk starting a nuclear war" and it would.

    Desperate......

    Bwahahahahahahahaha!!!

They are winning with only a small force because Putin has been building up his main army for this possibility and training them for a long-time estimates of over 500,000 already set up that is why he is taking his time until recently to take up Ukraine and their dwindling army while watching to see if NATO and the West continues to be stupid to prolong this stupid war and invade from Poland or bring in small forces into Ukraine.

If true....British forces are already involved in Ukraine.

Germany reveals that British soldiers have been behind the attacks on Russia's Black Sea Fleet

    - This is insane! An act of war against the world's largest nuclear power.

Will we scream "unprovoked" when Russia eventually retaliates?
