I heard just yesterday that some company--I forget which one--was pressuring its employees to embrace DEI, publicly.
If I were an employee there--and I am now retired--the conversation with my boss would go something like this:
"Well, we have a real problem here.
"See, I do not care for cultural Marxism. (And that is what DEI really is.)
"And I decline to pretend that I do.
"So I see a real problem here.
"Do you, also?"
And if he then threatened to fire me over my stance, my response would be just a terse three words:
"Works for me."
