I've been waiting decades for the San Andreas fault to drop California into the Pacific Ocean.

I'm sure when it happens we'll all be surprised. Yellowstone is an active volcano and will blow but who knows when.

I'm not to worried because the scientists monitoring the Yellowstone Caldera say it going to blow sometime this year and if they are right the volcano will destroy the US, Canada, and Mexico and plunge the world in to a winter for at least two years maybe longer. That should solve all our problems.

The term "the scientists" seems rather nebulous.

Do all scientists believe this?

Or just some scientists?

If the latter, then what (even roughly) is the percentage of each?

And just what is the evidence for this?

Ya but I live near a very active volcano not an extinct volcano. Plus Yellowstone is one of the largest active volcano calderas in the world. When this puppy does finally blow even merry old England will feel the heat and fall out. This puppy is huge.
