COVID Restrictions “Greatest Intrusions On Civil Liberties” In US History Says Supreme Court Justice

“Executive officials across the country issued emergency decrees on a breathtaking scale,” wrote Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch in an eight-page statement Thursday that accompanied an expected Supreme Court order formally dismissing a case involving the use of the Title 42 policy to prevent asylum seekers from entering the United States.


COVID-related restrictions, Gorsuch said, represent possibly “the greatest intrusion on civil liberties in the peacetime history” of the United States.

I'm not caught up on Title 42 exactly. Was Title 42 connected with the virus restrictions? Because what Gorsuch says is spot on but is he only saying this because it affected illegal foreigners? He couldn't be bothered to say this to protect American citizens from unlawful & unConstitutional government overreach?

If that is the case don't do me any favors Gorsuch. He should have said this & ruled on this long time ago.

Exactly. Where is their concern when it comes to election integrity, freedom of speech, gun rights, the absurd excesses of the commerce clause, eminent domain, obama care?

And why didn't they do their job when the US was being destroyed by covid lockdowns and school closures, and people were being forced to take the vax?
