    What's your point?

Seeing that you didn't read my comment properly I'll write it again.

Even if that is what he said "I don't Speak Russian" SO? Ukrainians are fighting for their Country, that still doen't mean they are winning

Maybe Putin miscalculated the buildup of Ukrainian forces, Ukrainians are still dying by the 10's of thousands, wouldn't it be better for the West to want peace instead of an endless War of ethnic cleansing

Why are you deflecting from your own mistake which I used YOUR link to correct you with the 20,000 I didn't dispute.

Meanwhile Russia has over 12,000 Tanks versus Ukraine 1,800 LINK

The T-72 Tank is over 2,000 available with a listed 7,000 in storage.

The T-80 group of 480 available with a listed 3,000 in storage LINK

The T-90 Tank of 417 with a listed 200 more in storage.

The T-14 Armata is their most powerful tank and has the ability to shoot down missiles, Jets and more.

Now after accounting the listed losses in the Wiki Link, they still have over 10,000 Tanks available.

Russia is fighting a number of nations yet still slowly moving further into Ukraine and captured Bakhmut without using their Army personal as it was a Private/Paramilitary WAGNER group that took the city.

His OWN article said it was 20,000 men which I pointed out, but he ignored being corrected thus his reliability is dwindling slowly.

But a nation does mobilize an extra 300,000 when the limited "special military operation" to secure a part of Eastern Ukraine turns into a war with NATO.

It's mystifying when you hear idiots on TV saying Russia doesn't have the manpower, Russia doesn't have the Weapons, Tanks, Art., Fighter jets, bombers, money and on and on and all you have to do is do a quick Google search and prove the idiots wrong

Russia might not be the old Soviet Union but they are still Super Power.

There is a large Russian Army group in the waiting in the region for the purported Ukraine counter offensive to deal with.
you do know Wagner is operating all over the world, currently in at least 6 other minor war zones? They are pure mercenary. Ive no doubt if you offered them a big enough sum of money you could get them to turn against Putin, "Its just business, comrade"

Yes but its not a simple case of numbers. Its much more complex and nuanced than that.

46 million men of military age against 15m - Yes but how many of those russians are going to flee across the border when they get conscription papers. Theres already a flood of such people. You have to take willingness to fight and morale into account. Soldiers defending thier homeland fight better than conscripts who dont want to be there and die.

4128 aircraft vs 312. So why havent the russians managed, after a year or more, to gain Air Superiority, which they plainly havent? Maybe thats is to do with the superior use of western hi tech anti aircraft missiles and guns?

12,000 tanks vs 1890. Now bearing in mind most of these 12000 are mothballed and antique, and that a modern Challenger or leopard can swat away a T72 or T90 with ease, its another raw number that belies the truth. 100 modern western tanks on the ukranian front would be pretty much unstoppable. A Challenger Tank, for example can take at least 4 direct hits from a T72 before it starts to degrade the armour . One hit from the Challenger, and remember it has FOUR times the range of any russian tank, and the russian is kit form.

I could go on. The raw numbers, out of context, mean nothing.

I also suspect those estimations of Russian forces also came from pre 2021 invasion, when nobody realised how much Russian kit has been sold off in Syria, Azerbaijan and Khazakstan to fund Colonel Yuri's and Major Boris' retirement slush funds. Globalfirepower.com doesn't say where they source their figures and the wikipedia link readily says the tank estimates come from base numbers from the Russian government pre invasion, 2020 to be precise.

Russia has about a thousand kilometers to defend. That takes boots on the ground.
