It is funny that they are saying Trump used campaign finance funds when he financed a lot of his campaign himself and had evidence that the lawyer WAS ordered Not to use inappropriate funds.

That's not the issue. The issue is whether Cohen was reimbursed, whether that reimbursement came from campaign funds and whether Trump knew about.
That's the issue. If Cohen paid off Daniels and Trump cut a personal cheque to Cohen, no crime has been committed. The issue is if Trump knowingly and willingly instructed his campaign financier to reimburse Cohen. Daniels doesn't even factor into the equation for the criminal proceedings.
