A former NY attorney tried this and it failed, also it went to the Fed who dumped it. This is another attempt to silence Trump. Dems sure are afraid of the good times this nation had under a Trump administration. They are playing havoc with all our social issues and foreign affairs. Hell, our kids can't even read or do math close to their grade level, while other nations kids are doing better all the time.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Some context would be helpful in you original post.

I'm going to guess this is about Trump's possible arrest next Tuesday. If so, that's about State of New York election finance law. What Daniels has to say with regards to that is meaningless. Also, what you posted isn't even a statutory declaration. If this is all they have on Trump, he should insist on being marched into the courthouse in cuffs, have the case thrown out with prejudice and then sue the NY DA office into oblivion for defamation.

Nope. Keep in mind the charges haven't been laid out yet (though most likely fraud). That has a statute of limitation of 6 years in New York.

An argument can also be made (I don't support this but I can see a Dem prosecutor doing this) that because Trump was President for 4 years, executive privilege was in effect so technically the SoL could be 10 years in this case.

The democrat subscribes to the old saying "Repeat a lie often enough & people will come to believe it to be the truth". Sheep believe it the first time they hear it. Other take a couple of hundred times to believe it but with the media coverage we have that's only 48 hours.
