Based on what?

Putin is rumored to perhaps attend the G20 summit upcoming in India. I can't see India allowing his arrest on their soil. That would be pretty touchy. If he did would it be a sign of his dominance over the Indian govt? I wonder. More likely he won't go.

Based on losing 1000 troops in a day.........NATO expanding on Russia border (Finland) ......... Putin Airforce ineffective in Ukraine due to US weapons.......... Donetsk bogging down in spite of Putin's new offensive......... I dont see how the war is sustainable without major escalation
