Thats close to one of the arguements used against the NY "high capacity" magazine ban. Cops argued the penalty for having a magazine of >10 rounds (2-7 years in prison) was so high that if someone was caught with 2-3 magazines then the penalty was essentially life in prison, and such a person had no reason to "comply" with police and nothing to lose by fighting.

They know who has a gun. They monitor everyone's email, searches, finances, clubs, that camera on the light pole outside the gun range/gun club/gun store/gun fair records all the license plates of everyone parking or entering. Everyone who has a carry permit or purchase permit or went through an FFL will be on their list. Everyone who had gun parts or ammo sent to their house through the mail or UPS. You can't hide.

Just assume you are on their list right now.

If the Democrats take over, one day every person on that list will get a knock or kick on their door and the jackboots won't be nice. It will be like Nazi Germany and the "Jews" are everyone on that list. Or like the Stasi or NKVD or the Red Guards or Khmer Rouge. It won't matter that you turned in everything and are being a good slave, they will never trust anyone on that list.

People on that list have nothing to lose by fighting. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn was correct:

Easy to say but history shows that when push comes to shove the majority will comply and be more than willing to turn in the non-compliers. Look I agree the death is preferable to slavery but I'm under no grand illusion the people will rise up in mass and fight the tyrants.

They are all dead on arrival. According to the new House rules, any bill must be supported by a majority of the GOP caucus or it will not be brought up for a vote.

No bill is ever dead upon arrival. Drag enough dollar bills through either House of Congress and anything can pass.

Give it up Q, I have watched for years now as keyboard commandos on MANY boards, post about how that the guvmint will only be able to take their gun from their "cold, dying hands".

It seems they never consider they may get hit with a "shock" grenade or an LEO round in their bullet exchange with the LEO's. Or any event happening to them, that will just knock them unconscious. And THEN, after they are healed in the hospital and awake?

They will get to spend the rest of their remaining years in the hard rock, steel window hotel for 25 + years for their killing a LEO(s).

As to me, one talking sht and actually shoveling sht? Are two VERY opposite realities.

Yup and I remember Randy Weaver and the Branch Davidians. That's why I say elections are important at the state and local level and only the states united can hope to stand up to the Feds. A lone wolf or even a handful of lone wolves united don't stand a chance.
