IMO...cops need a Bachelorette in Policing. Hire on the top of their class...let the rest be crossing guards, mall cops or private security. Four years. Begin with The Constitution. Martial arts. Philosophy. Why is there crime? Arrest procedures. Car chases. Foot chases. Gun training...on and on. Along the way, four years is ample time to weed out the nutters like Francis:

I suspect it has a lot to do with the fact that it's pretty easy to film cops nowadays. It probably happened every week in the 90s as well. People just didn't have cell phone cameras then. A very well known phrase within the police fraternity is "We write the reports".

TRUE CRT needs to be taught. As it is, now...it's simply a 'white wash' (pun intended) of Democrat culpability in slavery and continued enslavement by plantation politics.

Does CRT teach that the first slave in North America...was bought and owned by a black man? That tribes in Equatorial West Africa supplied the slaves? That the Democratic Party inaugurated the KKK? That all those 'racist statues' removed from seemingly everywhere...were all Democrats? The internecine, black-on-black violence is centuries old. On and on it goes.

Lets get to the meat and potatos.


This started with soros getting liberals into prosecutor positions. Then some states pass the no bail act and dont prosecute as many as possible.

Then came defund the Police and prosecute them for any reason possible. Morale is in the toilet across the country especially in the big liberal cities. In the thousands of cops have resigned and retired across the country.

In 2022, 323 Police Officers have been shot, 60,000 assaulted and in 2021 there was 472 shot

They underfunded depts, prosecute and fire as many as you can for anything you can and what you get is Police that are just there, there is no proactive policing by the patrol dept. If they organize a special task force that is proactive policing now.

Police are from scared to nervous when on duty in the big cities especially. Try foot patrol in NYC where theres a hundreds of places they can shoot you at any time. Police are on the defensive and that makes for more mistakes an overzealousness that leads to a variety of issues.

Look guys I KNOW there are bad cops, but there are so few in the grand total. People make it sound like all cops are bad. There are 36,000 cops in NYC...LA has 9,974. Chicago has 11,710 These cities have population in the millions. All of those cities alone have had personel cut, the numbers have been reduced. Cops are on camera all the time most everywhere, everyone with a cell phone wants to video policing in progress. The crowd non stop taunts them over and over adding to the stress and worry one of them is going to jump or shoot you. Being a cop is a bad job today and resignations and retirements demonstrate that. Police have lost many of their experienced officers to retirement and dont forget experienced supervisors.

These same issues are across the country for the most part.
