Sorry. What you did here was perfect. Not everyone is able to deal with videos. If I was viewing from my phone, I wouldn't watch the video (for example). So it's good you put the information out there as you did.

I just watched it.I take it back, it is obviously a break in, but I believe there is more to this than we know. The 911 operator is an idiot.

I wish I could hear that EOTB, but I lost hearing in my 30's and it got worse through the years. Even digital hearing aids don't fully help me understand things.
