I just made a whole batch of deviled ham from leftover Christmas ham. Isn't it amazing a ham in the fridge won't mold in a whole month???? Amazing.

The recipe: cut out your good ham chunks. Get the fat and sinew off. Cut in pieces. Grind in food processor. Add a little mustard and a lot of mayo. If too salty, add some sugar or relish.

Easy.
