    I think life sentences with no chance of parole are cruel and unusual punishment. I would suggest in its place the 15 year rule for the first two incarcerations and an instant death penalty for the next. It is quite obvious by that time the criminal cannot be rehabilitated and will simply continue to offend both in and out of prison. So, just allow him to assume room temperature with the 3rd conviction.

    The only ones life sentences are cruel on are the taxpayers.
