And the mask mandate sign is STILL on every healthcare provider facility, at least that I enter today. As Q stated, it's about control of the masses. And IMO, once that a fear is instilled into people, it is relatively easy to keep it at least "residual" in our minds to reignite.
And around here now that the "flu" is in season, I see the number of masks being worn in stores by both customers and employees, are really picking up again.
And also, on our local news media (that I watch very little of anymore) as they dump their opinions/ B.S. to the masses daily. As they now will open their broadcast with the words too often today,
" Today we have breaking news for you. As just in, we have the latest reports of the alarming increase of the new covid cases today, in xxxxx county".![]()
The question is, are there enough hysterical people left to comply with the "mandates"?
I realize I'm one of the few people here who isn't an expert on Mexico but Mexico has a lot of laws that people just ignore. I'm at the coast now with my sister and a lot of Canadians but I'm looking forward to getting home next week and seeing how people are doing with the no smoking edict. I suspect it will be ignored in outdoor areas including parks and cafes.

Went to a big-city some time back called Denton-Tx for some 'injectors' and i stopped at a pet store for some 'granulated-activated-charcoal...
I was approached by 2 mexican bandito types wearin black masks in the parking lot. They just walked up to me and mumbled something I didn't understand.
I just gave em a Big-Smile as I nodded my eyes up and down to my right overalls pocket as I poked n' aimed a 5-shot boot-pistol at em >>> they got the message n' immediately walked away.
Moral of the story ... Only thieves, thugs, idiots & morons,
wear 'black-masks' in public.
Many Texas Banks have signs on the doors saying one must remove masks before entering
