Schiff can't afford to testify under oath, the results would destroy him politically and likely put him in prison.

Schiff can't be prosecuted for anything he said on the floor of the House due to Congressional Immunity. He's lied a lot off the floor but I can't recall any of it being under oath. Let the turd fade away in obscurity, he's been booted from his key committee assignments.

This headline says Schiff "refuses to commit"...and, the meat in that sandwich says "refuses to rule out the possibility of him "defying, etc.

Regarding Adam Schiff-less...

In the good old days when a member of congress was caught in a major lie, or misleading congress there were dire consequences, but not to day. Is no wonder the Congressional body of D's were in overdrive to destroy Trump, in fear he would 'drain the swamp' of the 'deep state' as promised? And of course, with our Bolshevik media leading the charge.
