You prosecute the person responsible for abuse of office.

Lot of people don’t vote a party line and they skip the down ballot if they don't have any information on the candidates. Combine that with the super-saturation of the airwaves on the top tickets this might not be unusual.

The big number to watch is number of people who voted as verified and how many ballots received. If those don't match, there is a problem for sure.

    Slightly OT:

Tomorrow is the big day. Maricopa and Hobbs are expected to certify the election and Kari is expected to challenge in court. I read somewhere that the court only has 5 days to rule and I don't know if appeals are possible.

They won't match. Thousands of ballots were rejected for "technical" reasons. Voters could check online if their ballot was verified and had a limited time to cure their ballot. How many did this?

As long as they were recorded the numbers should match.

My understanding is that the registrar or county clerk has to make every reasonable effort to contact those voters and give them an opportunity to "cure" the problem within the allotted time set by statute.

The problem is that it isn't necessarily proof of anything. Not everyone votes for every race on the ballot. It gives an impression something could be amiss for sure but not proof of fraud.

It takes irrefutable hard evidence to convince those not already inclined to believe the election was won by fraud and that's a tough bar to reach.
Yeah, especially when they have a week to manufacture 200-250K D fake votes...

Once again, statement supported by zero facts.
