Our local grocery store offered turkeys smoked on their grills outside! I'm loving southern BBQ! But Mrs dinosaur made my buy gizzards at the store so she could make proper dressing and gravy. She will probably make us a world famous cornbread at the same time.

If anyone has said something and wondering why I dont respond it's because I'm not getting notifications, I do for thanks and private messages but not quotes of posts, I've checked settings on both gmail and Politics, not sure what is up.
Thanksgiving = Small Turkey, Box stuffing, Real Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Green Beans, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy.
Christmas = Usually Steak & Potatoes, but could be Spiral Ham.
Of course things can change at any time.
Lean and Fat, Smoked Cajun Turkey. Smoked Ham, Catfish, hush puppies Chicken and Dressing, Baked and Mustard Potato salad ,Crackers soaked in olive oil seasoned with red pepper flakes, Jalapeno and sea salt, congealed salad, deviled eggs, pecan pie, chesecake, truffles, Beef Hot dogs, grilled hamburgers, Chili, Cornbread, Tossed salads, Grilled baked potatoes, and Peaches and Cream grilled buttered and spiced ROASTIN EARS.
Usually about 12 to 15 people there, BUT this year we have two new brides to add !!!
Any more ideas to add?

Usually it's turkey for Thanksgiving and, ham for Christmas.
This year, I may not do that, there's always way too much leftover that doesn't get eaten.

The smallest turkey I can find is 12 pounds , for 2 people, thats quite a bit, I do freeze leftovers but, they usually get tossed because I forget they're in there.
Same thing with the ham.
