It could be a red wave in November. Oregon hasn't come close to having a R Governor

since the 1980's but all recent polls say the Rep candidate has a lead, small but a lead, in the Governor's race. They had a televised debate a week ago and she is still leading. there are 3 woman in the race and the so called, former Dem, independent has about 18%. She runs on taking the best of both Rep and Dems and throwing out the worst. sounds good but she has no chance...so do the "not decided" part of the polls want the current conditions or looking for some changes??? they wont get any by continuing with the Dems in power.

These Senate races are all too close for comfort, at least according to polls which I usually take with a grain of salt.

That would be more than a little interesting and entirely surprising and welcomed.

Western Oregon has turned into a leftwing Nirvana so it was only a matter of time before people got fed up with it.

As one of the wiser talking heads pointed out many republicans refuse to answer polls because of possible harassment and repercussions so the odds are very high they are under-polling badly.

I'm going to remain cautiously optimistic until the votes are all in.

Alternate media says that there will be no election in November. It will be postponed. Reasons vary.

But since it's a near certainty that Republicans will win it all, it is unlikely that the Democrats want that election to take place.

One reason of potential Postponement ( Cops shoot a black teen and ensuing riots give Democommies a reason to delay midterm election ) or China moves on Taiwan and it turns into a Ukraine situation with unexpected Taiwanese success like a Chinese destroyer sunk and invasion troops hit so hard on beach landings that Tactical Retreat happens and conventional Bombardment gets brutal via Chinese air power with threats of tactical nukes ...

Plenty of reasons to choose from. Maybe we need to take bets on which one will be the winning reason.
