    I think that's what happened with the ABC Family network. They stopped showing "family-friendly" programming, so they changed their name to Freeform.

    Let's think about the process by which Cuomo was hired

    1) We want a figure to sell and deliver unbiased news show
    2) So let's hire a completely divisive hot head who's history is the exact opposite of that

    Yeah...around 20 years behind. Their programming stopped being as relatively "family-friendly" beginning at some point in the late 90s and early 2000s and especially after the second half of the 2000s decade.
