Intimidation is the game. I'm not a lawyer and I don't play on lawyer on TV or on the internet but I was involved in a lawsuit where the organization I worked for said the personnel rules weren't binding on them. They lost. I think she has a valid claim that supporting pro-life issues is not political but social and religious.
