    I totally agree that life's REAL problems can't be solved by having money. I really believe that. I believe that if money can solve a problem then it's not really a problem.

    Having said that I've been poor & now I'm not. Having money smooths out the road that you travel in life, bumps aren't so bumpy. And it's even more important as you get older & can't do as much as you use to be able to do. So I'd much rather have money than not have it.

    I received inheritance from my mother in 2015. The money sits in the bank, I’ve not touched it yet. With my savings I have a pile of money.
    It is comforting not having a mortgage anymore, as of today the Bank of England hiked the interest rate up, the highest it’s been since 2008.
    Money is peace of mind, it doesn’t buy happiness.
