At least 42 people were found dead inside a tractor-trailer in San Antonio, Texas, on Monday, multiple police department sources told local outlet KSAT 12.

Reminds me of an episode of John Doe (2002) called "Blood Lines". The Smugglers, to avoid getting caught by the police and immigration, dumped a trailer of immigrants into the ocean. Needless to say, they drowned. Interestingly, this episode is up on YouTube for free....for now:
