Gonna be 90 later..

I don't let that "Deter" me..

I cannot walk as far as I "used" to..

But just getting outside & taking a short walk does "Wonders" 4 me..

I "consider" that like "MEDIATION"..

Somehow when I'm walking the Bike Trails I can really "Sort" my Thoughts even put afew "Ideas" together..

There @Northern Rivers that's kinda like what you been telling me 4 years and I never quite put it together..

Granted though it's more "On The Fly" not exactly Hollywood Professional material
