The Constitution doesn't even mention a Supreme Court.

You know of the biblical scripture ... "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's, and to God that which is God's!"?

Well, our inalienable Right's are God Given and cannot be negated by man.
    No not even the SCOTUS!

The point is .. as long as the SCOTUS rules within the confines of the Constitution, no problem.

It is when they rule outside of the Constitution we have a problem!

The Constitution and the Bill of Right's are limitations on the government .. not a limitation on the people!

Last time I looked, SCOTUS was a part of the government!

Hell, they themselves made a ruling that addressed this and it should apply to them as well ..

In Marbury v. Madison the Supreme Court announced for the first time the principle that a court may declare an act of Congress void if it is inconsistent with the Constitution.

"All laws that are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void."

    Make sense now?

Andrew Jackson wasn't found in contempt after he implied that Worcester vs Georgia in 1832 was unenforceable.

That still leaves the Supreme Court as the unquestioned legal authority to determine what is or isn't constitutional.

We can disagree all we want with bad court decisions and how they justify them but there is no higher legal authority or even equal authority in addressing matters of the constitution.

We don't have to agree with them, we do have to however accept they have that power.

    Oh really?
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court... .

"We don't have to agree with them, we do have to however accept they have that power."

    Think about what you said!
Then you believe that a group of nine unelected Judges are the true kings of America!

What's to say that someday we get 9 radical black robed tyrants on the bench!

I won't bother creating scenarios of what kind of rulings these Judges could make!

So .. I disagree, we don't have to abide by unconstitutional decisions by a group of 9!

Let them rule slavery legal and see see just how much power they have to enforce such an opinion.

What about if they rule that all guns, rifle or otherwise must be outlawed and turned in?
    Still going to obey?

You may be satisfied with tyrant rule but Tom Jackson and I disagree! 8-)

    Oops!
I was thinking about Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson at the same time I posted.

    Obviously I meant Andrew Jackson.
