So this ruling is about barriers to law-abiding citizens exercising their 2A rights. IOW, the exorbitant permit fees DUmmies envisioned would be struck down if attempted. This ruling may be a setback for the left, but we all know they're not going to give up so easily. They'll fight this tooth and nail, which is more than I can say for conservatives who just bend over and take it.

We may not agree with a ruling they come down with or how they arrive at it, but they are clearly the final authority on constitutional matters.

The point is .. as long as the SCOTUS rules within the confines of the Constitution, no problem.

It is when they rule outside of the Constitution we have a problem!
