    It should be noted that most of the VA employees are also vet's themselves.

    Hard to tell what all led up to the melee but it's obvious the two were arguing when the old man actually attacked the VA rep.

    I won't fault the guy for defending himself but towards the end of the clip it appears that he stomps and kicks the old man in the head while he's down and unable to defend himself.

    That is egregious conduct and completely over the top. If he can't control himself any better than that he needs to find another job.
