Their pricing on this model is pretty much the base price industry standard for similar molded stocks.

With oil prices high I would expect all plastics to remain high for quite some time.

Take a look at the Magpul stocks above for comparison.

I'm old enough to remember a time if you wanted a "synthetic" stock you paid extra.

I like it but I like my original 10/22 better.
Humble yourself, for there is an enormous change coming.

I really wish they'd go back to producing the 10/22m or move on up to the 22 Hornet in a semi auto. Either of those would put you into "ultimate bugout gun" territory.
I bought mine for $79.00 back in the 70s and it still shoots great.

I don't doubt it, inflation is a real bitch.

Yeah but the price today isn't all that bad, it's been 40+ years since I bought mine.

We have a pair of old Remington Rolling Block Black Powder 22 short only squirrel guns. My great grandad bought the first for 7.00 brand new.

He did that because .38spl shells were too expensive for rabbit and varmint hunting.

Speaking of Bullpups, this one is very cool:

Semi-auto, 15 rounds of 2-1/2" shells, 12 rounds of 3" shells. Highest quality, IWI requires 20,000 round test before releasing and 20,000 round re-test for any modifications no matter how small.

IWI's quality is second to none.
