Wendy’s and McDonald’s are being taken to court over the size of their beef patties 50 days after similar allegations were made against Burger King. The complaint against Wendy’s and McDonald’s demands a jury trial. The complaint against Burger King


Russo and Kelly are representing Justin Chimienti, a resident of New York, and "similarly situated individuals" who feel burger ads from Wendy’s and McDonald’s are misleading. The complaint demands a jury trial.

If it is truly unpalatable just don't eat there. I don't understand why someone would continue to eat there to the point of wanting to sue when all they have to do is spend more money at a 5 star restaurant and get a gourmet burger.

As far as the actual lawsuit is concerned I would rather see them sued for false advertising as the burgers NEVER look like the TV ads or even the photos in the various restaurants.

It seems like some people thrive on making life miserable for others.

Judges who allow these lawsuits to go forward are the problem. Dismiss them at first hearing. Send the lawyers packing. Total BS. If someone thinks they aren't getting the value they want, then go somewhere else! They have choices!

While I think this lawsuit is absurd, I have no problems with Wendy's and McDonald's being sued. It's payback for all the crap they have done to our society over the years.

I like the Impossible Burgers from BK and the Chili from Wendy's and the dynamite service from Chic Fil A Most of the other I stay out of, not because of the quality of the food but because of the attitude of the employees. I don't go to fast food restaurants expecting World Class chefs but I do expect to be treated like a customer rather than an imposition.
