It doesn't matter, because they postal-blast mail ballots.

I requested one eight years ago, as I worked on the railroad and didn't know if I'd be home on E-Day.

I've gotten them EVERY election, EVERY primary, SINCE. I could have died long ago, and persons unknown voting my ballot in perpetuity.

That's in Missoula County - a liberal sump. But I doubt they have a monopoly on voter fraud, or aspirations to it.
