One resident claims that a black shooter "would be dead before he came out the door".

Another opined that a black with a screwdriver would have been shot by the cops.

This was horrible and the guy seemed to hate everyone. No doubt a racist, but also an anti-Semite. Wondering who his ideology considers to be white.

Taxpayer dollars might be saved if the feds charge him (they have a death penalty) but they would have to use the "hate crime" statute or say that he violated "civil rights" and that comes with its own set of problems.
