Maybe .... no..PROBABLY.. a toy company will include a detachable penis on a GI Joe.
Most toys are plastic junk that children get tired of within a few days at the most, especially the licensed products based on movies, TV shows and entertainers.
Children are better off playing with toys or engaging in activities that enrich their intellect, not insult and corrode it.
