I don't have a television but I don't hold with woke. But, it isn't all that new. I was called into the boss's office forty-years ago. "Pat, I've had a complaint about you. You passed Carlos Miranda in the hall and didn't say, 'Good morning."
"No, shit. When I come to work I pass maybe 75 people and I don't say good morning to all of them."
"But, well, he's a minority. Start saying good morning."
"Okay."
And I did. When I saw Carlos a block away I would jump up and down, wave my arms and scream, "Good morning" even if it was 2 p.m. It only took two days to get called into the boss's office and told to quit saying good morning to Carlos. FWIW, most people with Spanish surnames thought the whole thing was hilarious and Carlos was a dick.
My rip this morning came when I read, "She was fathered by her mother...." That's not possible but a man fathered her and then began to pretend he was a woman so the demented woke folk think he's actually a woman and therefore the girl's mother.
