On Wednesday, three men from Illinois were charged in connection with Jan. 6, after they were tracked down by investigators who found them by obtaining geolocation data from their phones through a likely-illegal subpoena.

The trio becomes the latest victims of the 1/6 witch hunt, joining the hundreds of other Americans who have been charged since the event.

Cody Vollan, Anthony Carollo, and Jeremiah Carollo, have been hit with four federal charges each, according to the criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia this week.

From NBC5 Chicago:

“They were charged with one count each of: entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a capitol building and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a capitol building, per the complaint.”

In short, they support Trump, were at the event on 1/6, went inside, hung out, and left – just like the vast majority of the other individuals who have been charged in connection with the event.

But, somehow, we’re still waiting on charges for Ray Epps and several other fed-connected provocateurs…

Tracking your geolocation through your Google account to hunt you down a full year later? Wow, what a freaking hellhole dystopian nightmare, right? But that ain’t even half of it – this is just more in the same as the DC Swamp steps up its political purge of those who dare to question the legitimacy of the current fraudulent regime.

Laws and our Constitution went out the window when the Media announced that they had chosen Joe Biden as president even though he didn't win the majority of the votes. Don't expect it to be otherwise.

The arrest of these men has little or nothing to do with the House investigation, and has everything to do with the DOJ going after political "enemies". Make no mistake, by taking down 3 additional Trump supporters a year later, they are sending a message to all Trump supporters.

And make no mistake, the DOJ doesn't care if it is Trump or someone else. To them, any opposition is the enemy. The "not Trump never again" people here need to wake up to that reality.

No, the subpoenas were not illegal. DOJ targeted them and identified them as trespassers, and got the subpoenas to make sure their facial recognition or other ID was accurate. It was, so there they are. Amazing that the left advocates for no prosecution of these crimes at a city or county level, but the feds are like bloodthirsty wolves salivating to charge them and lock them away, at least through the next election cycle.

I seem to remember a high profile case recently where 3 men got life sentences for taking the life of a trespasser? What is the penalty for destroying the life of a trespasser?

Ray Epps and any other possible FBI/DOJ plants, they are safe. Even Rs won't go down that road when they have control. Remember, regardless of whether or not Biden lasts 4 years, Mr Garland will be there.

I'm gonna vote for the R who publicly says he's gonna pardon all these people on day one. I want to send a message to Dems that they wasted 4 years of their precious time.
