My DirectTV package is about $150/month. I think that the cheapest package is about $120/month.

You can stream OAN via KlowdTV for $2.50/month. I am looking at other streaming services for all of our TV viewing. Many carry what is called OAN Encore which is not real-time OAN but it is the next best thing. You can get KlowdTV for free but you will only get OAN Encore.

I'm planning to go to over the air TV (Free) supplemented with a streaming service. This move by DirectTV has just hastened that move.

I don't know how much, if anything, that Lyin Biden has to do with this. The quote in the link seems to be general in nature. Yeah, they want to control the narrative and censor dissent. That is what all dictators do.

But ninety percent of OANN revenue comes from Direct TV. This has to hurt. They will adapt or die. I will miss them, as we watch OANN a lot. Mrs dinosaur has already shifted to Newsmax mostly. I could unplug completely and be fine with the internet.

IMO, the news on OANN seems, to me, to be rather straightforward and factual. I dont find much misinformation there at all. I wonder why Direct TV is doing this. I guess I know, I just never thought I would see the day.

It's been over twenty years since I had a television and I don't think I'm missing out on much news. I'm sitting in Oaxaca, Mexico, and I even know Tiffany Haddish was arrested for DUI and pedophile coverup specialist from the Lincoln Project is a respected guest on MSNBC.


Actually, within three months of getting rid of my television I couldn't sit and watch television. It was incredibly boring.
