Mandate Ruling: So Called Conservative Judges Fail Us Again

DeSantis Says Roberts, Kavanaugh Lack 'Backbone' on Vaccine Mandate Ruling

In a guest appearance on a conservative podcast Friday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis criticized Supreme Court Justices John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh for lacking a ''backbone'' in their ruling on the Biden administration's vaccine mandate for certain health workers.

On Thursday, the Supreme Court allowed the healthcare worker mandate to go into effect but blocked enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees.

Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh sided with the liberal justices on the healthcare worker mandate.

This will be just like the interstate commerce clause, eventually they find every action has an impact on interstate commerce, therefore the government has jurisdiction and can write laws concerning x, y, or z.

Eventually they'll find everything we do has an impact on the healthcare system, therefore the government has jurisdiction to mandate vaccines for everyone.

    You expected something different?

This is dated and a long read, but just like words change, and meanings change, it seems that all justices get more liberal once they get a guaranteed for life job. Very few can resist.

I believe that once they get in, the deep state takes control of them via very potent blackmail.

Roberts and Kavanaugh are compromised....... and how many others?

we already know about Roberts. Kavanaugh always seemed like a weenie to me. Easily led .. or misled.

Kavanaugh and Roberts once again SHIT on all those people who stuck their necks out to get him approved.

It seems that people, when given positions of power and influence, do have a tendency to throw away good sense in the attempt to "prove" that they are worthy of their office. Roberts has ruled that way and apparently so has Kavanaugh. They both have treated a simple question as a complicated issue and the public needs them to solve it. The result? Sheer stupidity.

The Supreme Court was made to consider matters of Constitutionality. Biden mandates are not laws. Government mandates are not laws either. Congress makes law. And those that are made go through a process. Even when they are confirmed as law the Court is there to decide if they are in keeping with the Constitution.

What is so difficult in understanding the first ten amendments known as the Bill of Rights? Does the Constitution really need the blessing of Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Biden? Just asking.
