    Just your typical, lazy politician.

From his perspective, he's already done his job, by getting elected.

    Now it's time for vacation!

    Sol Star: He's not mad.
Al Swearengen: He's got a mean way of being happy.

Any citizen within the officeholder's district may submit an application for removal to the local branch of the appellate division of the supreme court.[1]

Surprise, surprise! See Angry biz leaders to meet with new DA Alvin Bragg, discuss recall efforts over soft-on-crime agenda

”The Partnership for New York City, the Big Apple’s largest business advocacy organization, will meet with progressive Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg to voice their concerns over details of his stay-out-of-jail free card for criminals.

Some members of the group are so angered by Bragg’s new policies that they are also discussing efforts to recall the newly elected prosecutor, The Post has learned.”

Wanted career felon commits armed robbery, is charged with misdemeanors under Bragg

SEE: Knife-wielding suspect has felony charge reduced under Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s policies

    January 11, 2022

"Cops charged Rolon with first-degree robbery and criminal possession of a weapon in the first incident, sources said.

But when he was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court early Sunday morning, the robbery charge was dropped by the Manhattan DA’s Office and he was instead charged with two counts of petit larceny and related low-level offenses, including second-degree menacing, court papers show."

Keep in mind that menacing in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor, and the petit larceny charges are also misdemeanors.

The article goes on to note the perp, William Rolon, 43, arrested on Saturday, was "... wanted in Brooklyn for failing to appear in court in October on charges that include felony assault with a weapon . . . "

Look Ma, yet another racist DA that doesn't understand that most of the crimes he wants to ignore are perpetrated against his fellow blacks. How does someone get educated, become a lawyer and yet develop not single smidgen of common sense?

crime in NYC's subways is out of control!

Since the soft on criminal type of policies were adopted in NYC a few years back, which are not only being advocated by Alvin Bragg, but being enhanced, criminal activities in NYC’s subways is getting out of control. And so much so that NYC media is advising

“But robberies are up too - 18% percent compared to this time last year, as ridership has doubled.”
