He did say "damage" could do this...or...someone cutting off the right portion of the trigger mechanism.

Have forensics been done on the gun that the public can see?

From what I know from my own handling...Baldwin should have looked through all chambers with a simple spin.

The question begs to be answered: who the fook put a live round in there?????
You're only as good as your last performance.

A lot of good questions there. No answers from me.

Apparently it was a brand new gun so what Baldwin is claiming is all but completely impossible.

The firearm is always given a detailed forensic inspection if a crime is suspected.

Finally had a brainfart or brainstorm and went to ABC and found a link to the Baldwin Interview.

Once it's put into evidence and the trial begins it's public domain.

The original spur hammer Colt peacemaker was carried with an empty chamber under the hammer, I am sure you know that.

Do the Rossi and other modern copies have something like the Taurus/S&W/... trigger actuated transfer bar safety mechanism?

SA's are not my regular fare.

The first notch when you pull back the trigger locks it into a "safe mode". It cannot be accidentally fired in this position barring breakage or tampering.
