The hearing did not take place.
Instead, Ruggs' lawyers filed a motion challenging the validity of a warrant to take his blood in order to obtain his BAC level and prove impairment.
An evidentiary hearing on that question has been scheduled for July 12.
Preliminary hearing pushed back to September 7.

Ruggs made his first court appearance since November on Tuesday at an evidentiary hearing.
His defense team sought to suppress his blood alcohol content test from blood taken hours after Tina was murdered.
The justice denied the motion and said that the LVMPD had probable cause to draw his blood.
Next hearing will be on September 7.
