That is almost obscene that he put a night of partying over his family.
And some people think that the crash wouldn't have happened if he wasn't in Vegas.
Nevermind that Top Golf has locations everywhere and Rainbow/Spring Valley Pkwy is far from the parts of Vegas that make it world famous.

Here is interview with one of the people who tried to rescue Tina Tintor. He says the fire was small at first, grew larger, and that they spent several minutes trying to free her before the smoke and heat became too much. She was trapped by the seat belt, air bag, and jammed door.

Ruggs' attorney's appeared in court today on his behalf. The white female judge affirmed that he is in compliance with the pretrial home detention and not drinking or doing drugs.
She also temporarily blocked Ruggs' medical records from release to LVMPD and Clark County prosecutors until a hearing can be held on that matter on December 8.
A preliminary hearing regarding the criminal charges is scheduled for December 16.
