The Communists will win in 2022 and 2024. Nothing can stop them from what I see right now. That's why I say a break up is enviable. At the end of the day enough Republicans will cave to give the Communists what they want and it'll be all over but the shouting. The nice thing about being a pessimist and a cynic is I'm usually right.

well to go around the 10th amendment they would have to change/eliminate it.

There are actually four ways. (1) Both houses propose an amendment with a two-thirds vote, and three-fourths of the state legislatures approve. Twenty-six of the 27 amendments were approved in this manner. (2) Both houses propose an amendment with a two-thirds vote, and three-fourths of the states approve the amendment via ratifying conventions. Only the 21st Amendment, which repealed Prohibition, was passed in this manner. (3) Two-thirds of the state legislatures call on Congress to hold a constitutional convention, and three-fourths of the state legislatures approve the amendment. (4) Two-thirds of the state legislatures call on Congress to hold a constitutional convention, and three-fourths of the states approve the amendment via ratifying conventions.

Begala: McConnell’s ‘Huge Mistake’ Will Lead to Dems Ditching the Filibuster for Voting

Friday on CNN’s “The Lead,” Democratic strategist Paul Begala said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made a “huge mistake” by not letting any Republicans vote for Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) compromised voting bill.

Begala said the snub would push Manchin toward ditching the filibuster rule in the Senate for his bill.

Begala said, “A huge mistake here by Senator McConnell the Republican leader in the Senate here, by giving no votes whatsoever to Joe Manchin’s voting rights bill. Joe Manchin was secretary of state of West Virginia. He was very progressive on voting rights, always has been. I’ve talked to him about this. He believes in this. He’s not, you know, going to kill voting rights. He’s sponsoring it with Amy Klobuchar now. McConnell didn’t give him a single vote. I think that can start to push Manchin into reforming the filibuster for voting rights. I think that is why President Biden said that last night. He’s having those conversations right now.”

Unless they've shrunk the $3.5 trillion spending bill, neither Sinema nor Manchin will budge. They've both stated that. So, I'm curious as to why they think the Democrats suddenly have leverage.

They are not referring to the $3.5trillion spending package.

Specifically they are targeting two issues......Federalizing elections....and raising the Debt ceiling in Dec as the 2 issues they will suspend the filibuster for.

Of course it may be a slippery slope from there

Most definitely as the USA will officially end when that happens. The break up will happen in earnest because voter fraud will be legalized.
