    Basically all that "Fiber" goes Right "THRU" Ya..

    As soon as ya Crap that out "Hungry" Again .

    Welp Rice & Lentils don't Exactly "Taste" Right..

    So Half a Stick of Butter and Cubed Bratwurst to it..

    Then Cheese Too..

    It's AMAZING my Arteries ain't So "Clogged" yet combined with the Cigarettes..

    I Smoke nearly 2 packs Per Day

    Being of at least half Italian I went with the Minute Rice with Ragu. You could throw some chicken pieces or anchovies or clams for a bit more protein.

    A little bit of lime juice will add a lot of flavor to this soup.

    Another little trick, cook the lentils separately for 20 minutes first and then rinse them before beginning the soup. It will allow the soup to be clearer, have better flavor, and even be a little easier to digest.
