Disarm Citizens In Violent Nation? (South Africa Update)

32.4% unemployment and that is just one of the disasters SA faces.

You got to hear the whole story.

It's already here in DemonRat areas, when it starts to come to Republican controlled areas, that's when the real fun begins, they know they can get away with it in DemonRat areas. I really don't think people in Republican controlled areas in the U.S. will put up with the shit, will be a lot of dead thugs, my opinion.

Oh, but that past racist Apartheid government! Where unemployment was 18%!

But I guess everyone's happy now since 0.1% of the Black population got rich.

There are some interesting studies that show that the Gini coefficient (the inequality rate) is higher in SA now than it was before.

In the video he points out that it can be calculated that the rate of firearm theft from legal gun owners is 0.26%, while the rate of firearm theft from police is 0.36%.

    How can this be?
Another older thread provides the answer: South Africa police sell their guns on black market to criminals, corruption rife

What is the "Gini Coefficient based upon? Here is America many simply look at blacks socieoeconomics compared to whites and assume ( not much science there) racism. They ignore factors such as crime rates, fatherhood and the toxic ghetto itself or just see them as products of that racism that would magically disappear without continued racism. Then they toss out blame cards . The problem with that is this: The extent you blame others foyour life problems is the exact extent to which you relinquish the ability to make your own life better.
I do believe that the ghettos are remnants of LBJ style racism which had an awful effect on black families pushing dad out of the home. But that was 60 years ago and perpretrated by a democrat.

The point is, it overall increased in this country after Blacks were given "equal rights".

Meaning, trying to create more equality paradoxically led to more inequality.

If you look at a graph, the Gini coefficient begin decreasing a little bit right after Apartheid ended, but then after that it soon began a steady increase and is now substantially higher than it was before. Nearly all the benefit that went to blacks only went to a tiny percentage of them.

SA actually implemented government-imposed racial quotas to require that 50 percent of every publicly-traded corporation be owned by Blacks. Of course there were only a small handful of Blacks that had the money to buy this corporate stock. So a select few suddenly became extremely wealthy, again doing virtually nothing to help all the other Blacks. This is how Patrice Motsepe became SA's wealthiest man.

Arguing for "equality" doesn't exactly make sense if what you're doing is taking away from 50 white people to give to 1 black person and make them very rich.

Sadly many people in SA seem to see that as "racial justice".
