*Kurt arrives in Seattle early Saturday morning April 2nd and was taken to his houseon Lake Washington by a hired driver.
*Saturday night April 2nd, Courtney Love had a friend plant a phony story with the Associated Press that she had overdosed on drugs and was in the hospital. This planted story became significant later in the investigation.*
***In a strange twist to the drama surrounding Kurt's death, Police of Beverly Hills, Calif* reported on the Wednesday that his wife, Courtney Love, was arrested on drug charges April 7th -- the day before his body was found. ---
*She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and possession of both drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle, misdemeanors* , said Sgt. Robert Smith.(Good and perfect diversion timing, perfect setup)

Courtney Love called the Seattle police *falsely portrayed herself as Cobain's mother, Wendy O'Connor*, again the motivation behind such a lie was never investigated. WHY.
*Courtney left a backpack at Rosemary Caroll’ s house which contained some items which have been said to prove Courtney’s link to Kurt’s death.
Did Courtney Love forge Kurt Cobain’s writing on his suicide note? My answer is = YES
*Five (5) days after Kurt’s death the Cobain’s family lawyer broke confidentiality and revealed to private investigator Tom Grant she thought Kurt Cobain was murdered by Courtney Love.
Kurt was still missing on April 4 1994, three (3) days after that he walked away from a drug-treatment center in Marina Del Rey, Calif.
*Kurt had pinched nerve in his stomach caused by Scoliosis. It makes him suffer for years.
He finally was prescribed an experimental medication that was not FDA-approved at the time and it actually did it's job and he was very happy it was working, finally.*
*His stomach problem was over too. Everything was starting to settled, happened the way he planned, get a new place to start to live a quiet, happy, confident life.*
*Put in mind Kurt told he planned to see a Lawyer/Rosemary Carroll to change his *Will and sign *Divorce papers, to sell his properties and get away buy a place in Scotland for time out by himself.*
*She had plenty of time to be inside Seattle home, kill Kurt or hired someone, be witness when Kurt was murdered on her request, to be sure he was killed and dead for good and to be able to get her hands on all his money, properties, Nirvana rights etc.. so Kurt didn't had the time to set, sign divorce papers and new Will settlement *to put her name off the Will as he said he was going to do; then he would be able to move away in Scotland and take a semi retirement plan from stage and shows (at least for a long while) as this was his plans.*

****Kurt's Seattle home is where he spent the last minutes of his life. In late March of 1994, he fled from a Los Angeles rehab center and flew home. Kurt hung out around Seattle for a few days and then was *last seen* on April 3rd. **** ((Although the garage still stands the greenhouse was torn down shortly after Kurt death/murdered by the request of Courtney Love aka Michelle Courtney Harrison )) No wonder why ... it have been destroyed just in case other evidences..probably even if she paid $ Seattle Police and some of them were close friends ))****
