That's right. I tried the real lean stuff one time and it was so dry I didn't like it.

My mother stuck me in Home Economics in the 9th grade, almost humiliated me - until I realized, as the only male in that class (most of the boys were in wood or metal shop classes), I was the only male in the class. Got to meet all the girls everyone else was too intimidated to approach, and loved to listen to the guys brag about all the girls they were dating - while I actually had the real stories of what the ladies thought of the dummies. So - I learned to cook.

Good old America meatloaf with onions and a tomato topping, but brown gravy is good also.

    Beef-A-Roni remains a classic.

Sloppy Joe's - think that is the Manwhich.

Either way - America seems to run on ground beef and never tires of it.

    Simplest of the simple...tacos!

Then there are burritos, hamburgers, meatloaf
All kinds of dishes. I l'd assume the only cuisines though would be Mexican, American, and Italian.

Ground beef is the only way I'll eat beef. Hate the texture of shredded.

My mom does the same thing!

I try to avoid beef in general.

    Sometimes it's unavoidable.

It generally isn't conducive to the pallet of birds.
